"Transact Online" is a service offered on www.taurusmutualfund.com for
investors of Taurus Mutual Fund whereby they can Purchase, Redeem or Switch units
of Taurus Mutual Fund Schemes online. Currently, this facility is offered for all
the Equity & Debt Schemes of Taurus Mutual Fund. [See **Exception 6) below]. Investors
can also view their portfolio, transaction summary and download Statement of Account
(SOA) online.
PS: For optimum result, please use Internet Explorer ver. 7 or above.

they belong to any one of the
following categories -
- Resident Indian Individuals
- HUF
- Parent /Lawful Guardian on behalf of Minor
- Non-resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin residing overseas, on a full repatriation
basis, as per the
applicable RBI regulations.
Non-Individual Investors will ONLY be able to create an online pre-filled application
form with all their relevant details. For actual investment, they will have to submit
this form along with a purchase cheque & relevant documents and submit it to the
nearest Taurus Mutual Fund branch or KFin Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad as per
address in 7-iii) . Please contact us, as per 34) below, for more details
New/First time investors or Existing investors, wanting to create a new folio, can
make a new/first Purchase**
transaction without any requirement of User ID or TPIN. Also see 7-iii).

To create a User ID , go to ‘Register’ and fill-up the online Registration form.
The User ID has to be a valid email, as provided by you. The User ID can be the
same or different from your Registered email id in the folio. After Registration,
a confirmation mail would be received by the investor at his User ID email. This
Registration can be done anytime by the investor. However, the User ID & password
can be used for all further transactions only after the new/first purchase is processed
and accepted.

For all existing/old folios, the Unit Certificates
(where applicable) need to be submitted and SOA issued
- The existing folio should not be via online Channel Partner route or in Demat mode.
If yes, then go to 7-iii) New/First time Investor, below.

E-mail id of the First holder is mandatory. If not, then get the same registered
by way of a signed instruction or call our Toll Free number for details on email
updation.

KYC verified PAN no. of all holders should be updated in the folio and is mandatory.

Complete bank account details with the new, up to 16-digit, Core Banking Solution
(CBS) account no., Bank name & branch details, IFSC & MICR code are mandatory in
the folio. Also, see 17) – 21) below

Once all the above conditions are fulfilled, a
Transaction Personal Identification Number (TPIN) can be generated as per 9). Then
go to 7-ii) below
If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled in a folio, then the TPIN cannot
be generated. The investor is requested to arrange to fulfill the above conditions
at the earliest

You
can now Transact Online by logging in with the User ID & password. As a first step,
the new Folio is required to be mapped to this User ID and TPIN is used to validate
all online transactions. Also, see 15) below
- New/First time Investor –
- Start with ‘New Purchase’ by selecting the relevant Scheme Category
- Fill up all the relevant details & make the online payment via Net banking or Visa
debit card
- The pre-filled application form will be emailed to your registered id
- Print the pre-filled application form & get it signed by all holders
- All manual/handwritten modifications need to be countersigned by all holders, as
per mode of holding.

Please note that the above set of completed & correct documents need to reach the
above mentioned address within 10 calendar days from the date of transaction, in
absence of which you will not be able to make any further transactions in this folio.
If we do not receive your documents within 10 calendar days from the transaction
date or receive incomplete/erroneous documents, we will inform you by way of an
email to your registered id so that the same can be rectified from your end and
re-submitted.
Once all documents are in order, your first/new purchase will be accepted & processed
and you will receive an email confirming the same. After this, you will need to
proceed as per 9) below.
Transaction
Personal Identification Number (TPIN) is a 5-digit number that allows an investor
to access their details via the Toll Free number. The same TPIN also allows an investor
to make online transactions using the facility – Transact Online.
- For all Folios which fulfill the conditions as in 7-i), and where
the mode of holding is – Single or Anyone/ Survivor - TPIN generation can be done
instantly either via the “Online TPIN generation” module on the website or
via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system on our Toll Free number 1800
108 1111.
- For all folios which fulfill the conditions as in 7-i), and where the mode of holding
is – Joint – TPIN generation will be done via submission of the TPIN Agreement form.
Investors, with mode of holding – Joint, need to go to “TPIN Agreement” on the website,
provide the folio number, then download & print the TPIN Agreement form . All the
particulars should be filled-up and all the pages of the Agreement should be signed
by all the holders, irrespective of the mode of holding. All corrections/modifications
on the form need to be counter-signed by all holders
Email id & Mobile number of the first holder is mandatory requirement.
Please write on the form even if the relevant column is not available & countersign

If the investor has more than one account/Folio number and the mode and order of
holding are same for all account numbers, subject to a maximum of three account
numbers per form, he/she can give the particulars of these account numbers in a
single TPIN Agreement form. A single TPIN will be generated and allotted to each
holder for all such account numbers applied for in the TPIN Agreement form.
The investor needs to fill up separate TPIN Application forms if the mode or order
of holding differs and in such cases for each Account/Folio number, a separate TPIN
will be generated and allotted to each such holder.
On receipt of a valid TPIN Agreement form, the same will be processed & the TPIN
would be couriered to the first holder's mailing address, registered with us, within
7 business days.
On receipt of the TPIN, the investor must use it to associate/map the Account/Folio
Number to the User ID s/he has created after the online Registration. Once the association/mapping
is complete, the investor can Transact Online
When submitted in physical mode, all unit holders are required to sign the TPIN
Agreement form in the order of unit holding irrespective of the mode of holding
TPIN via Toll free number IVR – An investor generates his/her own 5-digit
TPIN instantly by following the IVR.
TPIN via Online TPIN Generation module – After completion of the relevant
steps online, the TPIN is immediately emailed to the registered email id(s) in a
password protected file.
TPIN via physical form - On receipt of a valid TPIN Agreement form – where
the folio is in ‘Joint’ mode of holding - the same will be processed & the TPIN
(for all unitholders, as applicable) would be couriered to the registered mailing
address , within 7 business days. For all other folios, no physical TPIN will be
sent; instead, an email will be sent with the details on how to generate the TPIN
from our website or via our Toll Free number instantly.
For security reasons, the TPIN will become invalid if it is entered incorrectly
three times in a row.
The investor is required to follow the steps for the new TPIN generation as described
in 9)above
Yes, by using the relevant IVR options, after dialing the Toll Free number, the
TPIN can be modified/changed instantly. However, if you do not wish to do it then
you can simply create a new TPIN as per 9). After each new TPIN generation, the
earlier TPIN will automatically get disabled.
After the investor receives the TPIN, s/he can associate the Account/Folio number
to the User ID created by him/her as a one-time activity during Registration. This
mapping/association process requires the TPIN of the first holder. Having
associated one or more than one Account/folio Number as above, s/he can change the
TPIN for all these Accounts/ holders to a common TPIN of his/her choice for ease
of transaction.
Once the Account/Folio Number is associated with the User ID, the investor could
do the following transactions online:
- The investor can do commercial transaction such as purchase, redemption and switches
in all the eligible** [see 5) & 22)] schemes under the various Account/Folio
Numbers that have been associated.
- The investor can view portfolio details at one click
- The investor could change the TPIN to a common TPIN for all the associated folios.
If the investor forgets the password, s/he needs to click on the “Forgot Password'
link on the Log-in page and provide their User ID. The investor will then be asked
to answer the Hint Question that will enable us to validate their User ID and Folio.
Once the answers are matched, the password will be emailed to the investor’s User
id immediately
All Visa Debit Cards are allowed to be used for online purchase via our website.
Online Netbanking payment arrangement for purchase is also available with
a select list of banks given below. If the investor is the account holder with any
of these banks and s/he is registered with the bank for internet banking facility,
then s/he can make the online purchase. We will take the investor to his/her bank's
site through the secured payment gateway where the investor can authorize the bank
to debit his/her account or use the Visa Debit Card and transfer the amount s/he
wishes to invest in Taurus Mutual Fund Scheme.

Yes. All netbanking payments will be accepted subject to the fulfillment of requirement
that no Third-party payment is used for any mutual fund subscriptions. New/first
time purchase will only be accepted provided the bank details used for netbanking
is the same as the one provided in the online form. Further, for an existing investor,
additional purchase will only be allowed from a bank which is part of the existing
Registered list for that folio.
Yes. Multiple banks can be registered by using the Multiple Bank Accounts Registration
Form. Individuals/HUF can register upto 5 different bank accounts from the
above list. Non-Individuals can register upto 10 different bank accounts. Please
ensure to check the current requirement of the relevant documents to be submitted
for adding or modifying the bank details in a folio.

For Transact Online, two basic plans are available – Dividend and Growth. Under
the Dividend plan there are two sub-options available – Payout and Reinvestment.
Dividend Sweep is an additional facility under the Div – Payout option. If you have
chosen Div. Sweep during the purchase then you need to submit a completed & signed
– Dividend Sweep Option (DSO) form. (Available on –> Downloads – Service Related
Forms). Also see 28) below.

'Direct' or 'Broker', Correct Bank details along with IFSC code, Select Nominee
details, check the confirmation box and 'Submit'.
- The Purchase confirmation details show the 'Transaction Reference Number (TRN)'
along with the date and time of investment. Please note down the TRN for future
reference & Click on 'Submit'.
- The screen will now direct you to the module for payment via Net banking or Visa
Debit card as per your previous selection of bank and mode of payment.
- Select the bank and make your payment online via Net banking or via Visa Debit card.
- A confirmation mail will be sent to the registered Email ID of the investor giving
the details of the completed transaction and the next steps to be taken.
Before making any payments, there is an online facility to “Save for later”. On
clicking this option, an email is sent to the investor’s email id with the ‘link’
which will be active for the next 7 days. During this period, you can access the
saved online form anytime and modify/complete the transaction.

In the same scheme and same folio, an investor cannot have an investment in Dividend
Plan with both Payout and Reinvestment options together. The investor will need
to go via the 7-iii) New/First time investor method to create a new Folio/account
to make the investment in another option under Dividend plan.
Cut-off timings are applicable, as per the prevailing NAV Applicability guideline.
The website itself,www.taurusmutualfund.com
is an Official Point of Acceptance (OPA). The NAV applicable will be as per the
Taurus Mutual Fund server time when the transaction is made. This time and date
of transaction, along with the unique Transaction Reference number will be emailed
to your registered email id after each successful transaction.
No. There is no charge payable by the investor to Taurus Mutual Fund for availing
the facility of Transact Online
Investors holding the units in Certificate form are requested to return the certificates
along with a covering letter, requesting to convert their holdings to Statement
of Account, to any of the nearest Taurus Mutual Fund offices or specified KFintech
Investor Service Centers and obtain an acknowledgement for the same. To avoid any
‘signature mismatch’ problem due to old investments, the unitholder’s signatures
on the covering letter should ideally be attested by their bank manager. They should
also update their folio with the relevant data such as KYC status, Bank Account
No., Contact details, mailing address, etc. as per the applicable norms. On receiving
the SOA, they can generate the TPIN as per the process stated in 9)above.
